Ordering

Q: Do you have a minimum order?

A: No, we don’t. You can order as much or as little from our site as you need.


Q: I want to place an order – when will my items be shipped?

A: Most often, your order is shipped the next business day, but if your order is placed before 1:00pm PST, don’t be surprised to receive an email that your order has been shipped the same day.


Q: Is your site secure?

 

A: Yes. We use 128bit encryption SSL certificate to encrypt your information while it’s being transferred over the internet. Also, your card information is not stored in a database on our website forever like some other sites. Once we retrieve your order information, your card numbers are deleted. Keeping your personal information safe if very important to us.


Q: Do you take PayPal?

 

A: We sure do. You can choose the PayPal option from the Payment Type drop down box during your checkout.


Q: I don’t have a PayPal account. How else can I pay for my order?

 

A: We also take Visa, MasterCard, and American Express which you can choose from the dropdown menu during the checkout process. You can also pay with your credit card via PayPal, as you don’t need to sign up for a free account to use the service.


Q: I don’t want to pay online. Can I phone in my order?

 

A: Sure thing. Call our order desk at (877) 334-0440, Monday – Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm PST to place your order.


Q: Can I pay for my order with a check?

 

A: We prefer PayPal (which accepts e-checks) or credit card, but we’re not entirely opposed to payments by check. Please contact us with your order so we may provide you with a total payment and mailing address. Note that we will not ship out your items until your check clears. This could delay your order by 7-10 business days.


Q: I'm going to pay with my credit card, will my card be charged immediately?

A: No. Your card isn’t charged until your order is shipped.


Q: I have a business in Washington State . Why do I still pay sales tax on your site?

 

A: You don't. Please contact us with your business information, including UBI number. We'll keep that on file and deduct the sales tax on any future orders. If you already have an online account with us, please let us know the account's email address and we'll modify it to deduct the sales tax automatically.

Shipping

Q: Do you charge a shipping and handling fee?

A: Yes, we do charge a nominal $1 handling fee on all orders. This helps us to cover our packing material cost for each order.


 

Q: Do you ship via United States Postal Service (USPS)?

A: We sure do. You have the option during the checkout process to use either UPS or USPS Priority. Most times UPS will be more cost effective but if you live in Alaska or Hawaii, USPS will save you money.


Q: Can you ship my order Flat Rate via USPS?

A: It depends. Flat Rate is one price per box, no matter the weight or destination, which can be very beneficial if you are ordering heavy items. While our shopping cart will not list Flat Rate as a shipping option, because it cannot calculate the combined shipping size of items to fit in the Flat Rate box, just contact us of what you would like to order if you want to use this shipping method. We’ve been successful shipping wax, Aroma Beads, multiple 1 lb bottles of scent, and pounds of color via Flat Rate. If you’ve already placed an order indicating USPS as method of shipping and your items can be shipped Flat Rate, we’ll ship them that way and credit you the difference.


Q: I wanted to order two cases of wax online but the shipping is really high. Why am I being charged so much?

A: Our shopping cart system doesn't want to play nice with the online shipping estimator UPS uses. The shipping rate is fairly accurate at a single case, but above that, UPS wants to charge a 100 pound shipping rate on each case and that's not correct. Contact us prior to your order and we can give you a shipping quote. Your card is never charged until the products are ready for shipping and we only charge you the exact shipping rate.


Q: You sent me a tracking number for my order – what do I do with it?

A: Visit our order tracking page, paste in the number we sent you, and you’ll be able to view your shipping details and expectation date.


Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: Mostly no and a little bit yes. All of our items are only available through mail. We do, however, have warehouses in Kent , Washington and West Sacramento , California in which you can pick up cases of wax. Please contact us to make arrangements for wax pick up.


Q: Can you ship my wax from your California warehouse since it's closer?

A: Yes, if you are ordering at least 2 cases of wax, we can ship your order from either warehouse to save you on freight costs.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Of course. Our primary carrier, UPS, has high rates on international shipping so we may ship via USPS or DHL. If you’d like, contact us before placing your order and we can give you a shipping estimate.


Q: I won some of your eBay auctions and found some items on your website that I would like to order as well – will you combine them?

A: Yes, we will. Just send an email via your eBay account that you are going to place an order on our site and we’ll combine them to save you money on shipping fees. If we don’t hear from you – we still may combine your order if we recognize your name, but we can’t guarantee it.
